You don't give a 16 year old a car and say, "Good luck" without any direction, training or guidance. You teach him/her how to drive the car correctly and safely. The same is true for electronic devices and the Internet. If we prepare students and teach them about being good digital citizens, they will be able to make good choices when online. So just what is Digital Citizenship?
