Tech Star: Diana Kohring, BJH

Imagine walking into a classroom of teens at mid semester.  This is the challenge Diana Kohring, Brenham Junior High Science teacher, faced last year.  Mrs. Kohring made a career change and came to Brenham ISD in January.  Through many hours of planning, she was able to successfully adjust the teens to a new teacher and classroom environment.  During the summer, Mrs. Kohring attended the WOW academy and has implemented a Chromebook cart in her classroom.  She individualized student learning through Study Stack and sharing science content through Google Groups.  Watching her teach now, you would never guess that stepped into a classroom just one year ago.  What a year and what a teacher. Way to Go, Mrs. Kohring!
