I love how Simon speaks about the many reasons we follow great leaders.  They are not authorities, they are absolute leaders.  Great leaders make us feel safe, they do everything in their ability to make sure to take care of their people first rather than taking care of themselves.

This is how we need to treat our employees.  In every district.  The best leaders that I've had are amazing listeners, passionate leaders, and always willing to help you be successful.
