Technical Tip Thursday: Why Do I Have to Restart My Laptop to Fix a Problem?

We have all been there. Your computer is not working. You have a black or blue screen, or your computer simply will not operate. What is the first thing you get asked?
*Have you restarted your computer?

Why are you asked to do this? It is crazy how this simple trick can fix most problems.

The operating system of your PC itself keeps using RAM. But, when the operating system reaches its hardware limitations, it causes problems.
