Fab Find Friday: Google Calendar Appointments UPDATED!

Fab Find Friday: Google Calendar Appointments UPDATED!

If you remember the old appointment page on Google, it was not the best. However, this new update has made creating Google Calendar appointments a lot better.

How do you do it?

1. In Google Calendars, click the "create" button.

2. Click the "appointment schedule" option.

3. Add a title, add the length of the appointments, and choose if you want it to repeat. You can also delete a day or add more times to a day. Another feature is choosing the start and end dates.

4. The other options include- max and min time before an appointment can be booked, specific dates with customization, and buffer time in between appointments with a maximum bookings per day.

5. The last part is your name, location, and description. However, at the very end, the appointments let you do a little more like add an item (like phone number) that you want guests to add. It also lets you send a reminder to that person.

*Now you will have a booking page url link that you can share with others. Also, you can delete it or edit it at any time like your calendar events.

After clicking save, you will see this page-

**I feel this is way easier to use than the last appointment scheduler from Google. The only request that I have seen a lot of people ask about is getting to choose which calendar this comes from. Currently, you can only make appointments through the default/primary calendar. I am sure Google will make that adjustment soon in the future, though.
