A Windows Keyboard Shortcut Feature For All Your Pasting Needs: Windows+V

A Windows Keyboard Shortcut Feature For All Your Pasting Needs: Windows + V

Again and again, TikTok teaches me something new EVERY single week.  This new Windows shortcut tip is amazing, and will help save you tons of time when you are copying and pasting text/images from one area to another.

Instead of copying and immediately pasting, and then copying something again, followed by immediately pasting.... just copy everything you need. As in, find some text, copy it.  Find a picture, copy it.  Find some more text, and copy it again.  Then, this is where the magic happens, press Windows + V on your keyboard and view all your separately copied items in one area thanks to this clipboard history menu.

Make sure, if you haven't already turned on your built-in Windows clipboard, to do this step first.  To turn on, use the shortcut Windows + V and click the  Turn on  button.  Your menu may look different if you are currently running Windows 11.

Once this feature is turned on, you can then copy as much as you need, and then use the shortcut Windows + V to choose from your clipboard what specific copied items you want to paste into a Google document or other platform.  View the TikTok below for a full walkthrough of this feature!  Enjoy!
