Gmail Templates: Need to Catch a Parent, Student, or Staff Member's Attention, in an Email? 

We had a blog post about this update back in August, but I finally got around to actually using it. 

If you need to catch the attention of the person you are sending this email to (a parent, student, colleague), then use the templates built into Gmail.

1. You can choose the design (announcement, newsletter, call to action, etc.).

2.  You can upload a logo, choose a color, and pick a font style.

3. You can also add url links.

Then just insert the template and edit the text.

**This is sure to catch your reader's eye!
