Fab Find Friday: Google SPACES
*A place to chat, share files, and assign tasks in one spot
Where can you find it?
1. Open your Gmail (look on the left side).
2. If you do not see it, then you need to go to your gear (settings button).
3. Go to "Chat and Meet" and click on "Google Chat" and save changes.
4. It will open your Gmail again, and you will now see spaces on the left side.
Why use it?
*It is a great way to message a question to another colleague without it getting lost in your email messages.
*You can share files quickly.
*You can assign tasks.
*If anyone leaves, then the messages and files are still in the Space.
