Signature Tweaks is a Google Mail Lab that moves your email signature to the bottom of your reply instead of sticking it in under the entire message.
To enable this lab, go to Google Mail > click the gear in the top right corner > Settings > Labs. Search for "signature" in the Labs search field to find the Signature Tweaks Lab. Click the Enable radio button and click the Save Changes button. Signature Tweaks will be enabled and you'll be returned to Google Mail.
