Must Know Monday: Owner Settings in Docs, Sheets, and Slides

A simple setting that is overlooked is the owner settings in your Docs, Sheets, and Slides. If you click on the blue "Share" button and then click in the bottom right corner on the "Advanced" button. It will pull up these settings. 

Our English teachers at BHS use these settings a lot. It is important to turn them on if you do not want your students to share this assignment with someone else or to download, print, or make a copy of it.

You simply click the check marks in the boxes and then click done. The changes will be saved to the document then.
