Making Connections Monday: Elementary STEM Night a huge success!

Hundreds of excited children and parents roamed the halls and grounds of Brenham Elementary School recently for the Brenham ISD Elementary STEM Night.

STEM Night offered interactive Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics stations for family members of Brenham ISD elementary students. Exhibits with the latest advancements in technology were displayed, including a special exhibit from NASA. Several local organizations were stationed in the beautiful Brenham ISD Outdoor Learning Classroom,as well.

In March, Brenham ISD students were invited to participate in a recycling project to create works of art out of any recycled materials. The recycling projects were on display and voted on during last night?s special event.

Families were served sausage wraps thanks to generous donations from Sonic, Burton Meat Processing, Chappell Hill Sausage, Country Boys Sausage,Brookshire Brothers and HEB.

The evening was a success thanks to the hard work and dedication of dozens of Brenham ISD staff members and the families who attended.
