Get Your Daily Google Calendar Agenda
Emailed Straight to Your Inbox!

Thanks to an awesome question from a Brenham ISD teacher, I dove into the Google Calendar settings to find this fantastic option for users!  You can select an option to have your entire daily agenda/schedule sent to you every morning via a summary email.  This will show you all of your meetings, tasks, and more for that specific day.  In Google Calendar, it's called your Daily Agenda.  Here's how you can get your own Daily Agenda email sent straight to your inbox:
  • Go to your Google Calendar...  calendar.google.com
  • Click on the Settings Menu Icon (Gear) in the upper right-hand corner
  • Click on Settings
  • On the left side menu of the screen, scroll down to your calendar, click on it
  • Choose from the left menu, or scroll down to other notifications
  • Turn on Email for Daily Agenda

Below is what the daily agenda looks like when it's sent to your inbox.  I turned mine on just for my work account, however, you can turn it on for all your calendars!  Enjoy!
